This week for a very special episode of A Rad Bitch Coffee Break, Kym interviews Sarah Liddle.

Sarah is the founder and director of Coach School. She has diplomas in life coaching, career coaching and human resource management and is working on a Bachelor of Law. She practices inner and outer healing of the ecology of a person through her training as a Reiki master. Her goal is to interweave all her talents to wake people and uplift them to their truest potential.

During our conversation, I asked Sarah about the importance of Coaching Certifications and Courses; the kinds of things a Life Coach should be able to support you with; and how to choose a coach.

We also discuss life off the grid, stepping into exactly who you are, and running a business from home with a young baby.

After our interview wrapped up, Sarah jumped over onto YouTube to share this post about the difference between a coaching course, and reading coaching books.

Welcome back for another episode of A Rad Bitch Coffee Break: Interview Series.

This week, Kym interviews Carissa Hill: Fellow Coffee Addicted Cat Lady, Serial Entrepreneur, and Social Media Marketing Strategist.

During our conversation, Carissa shares how she has over the last eleven years built a number of successful businesses, including a chain of 3 beauty salons that now run without her.

When she's not travelling the world, keeping her salons booked via Facebook Marketing, Carissa is teaching others everything she's learned along the way.

She has a killer YouTube Channel and each Wednesday, she shares a fresh new episode of Coffee With Carissa where she answers all your Facebook marketing questions.

Carissa now teaches business owners who to utilise Facebook to build and grow through her course, Facebook Business Success Club.

You can join Carissa on her Uncomfortable Coaching Couch, and find her on Facebook.

This week Kym interviews her good friend Stevie, Everyday Content Hero and the woman behind The Lilac Frog Assistant.

During our conversation, Stevie shares about how her business has grown and changed over the past four years, and particularly since becoming a parent.

We talk about what it means to be a Content Hero, how she supports her clients, as well as some of the challenges she's overcome along the way.

Lilac Frog Assistant was founded on the idea that Stevie could help creative women entrepreneurs make time spent on their online businesses more joyful.

Stevie knew she had to create an honest service that truly works in the interests of women entrepreneurs with empathy and dedication – an assistant service with heart.

Stevie lives in Melbourne, and when she's not helping creative women entrepreneurs, she can probably be found thinking up new and fun projects, running around after her two cats, ingesting too much coffee, and raising an awesome little human.

You can find Stevie hanging out on Facebook
