I work with Rad Bitches just like YOU who are ready to:
Ditch self doubt, bust out of Struggle Town and Get Shit Done!
I support women to empower themselves, get shit done, and build the confidence to own their voices through establishing Real Self Care practices.
I offer totally customised one-on-one coaching sessions, and small group workshops, as well as hosting the kick arse online community The Rad Bitch Girl Gang.
Working super hard on something that you're super passionate about can be incredibly exciting and inspiring, but when your reality doesn't meet the expectations you'd set for yourself, it can be absolutely soul-destroying.
So what do you do when that happens?
If you're finding yourself repeatedly disappointed by partners who just aren't ready to commit, you're in no way alone. This might be a good opportunity to step back, reflect on what's going on for you, and how you might be able to change things up and break away from the same old pattern that's been getting you down.
Maybe it's just the lack of good quality sleep I've been dealing with over the last week, but my anxiety has been on high alert lately. I spent a good chunk of yesterday in my pyjama's, listening to the music that got me through my 20's, feeling too many feels, and crying on and off.
Of course, it may have also had a lot to do with the near constant yelling and arguments that have been going on outside our apartment for almost a week...
So on the back of the icky and stressful feeling week, I decided to share some of the things I like to do to boost my mood and make myself feel like a bit more of a Rad Bitch. Some of these are big things, and some of them are quick and easy wins, because let's face it, when we're feeling a just a little bit shitty is not always the time when we're at our most patient - well I'm certainly not anyway!
